Deep Cleaning Deposit

A deep cleaning includes:

- Dusting

- Wiping down surfaces (tables, countertops, sinks, toilets)

- Sweeping

- Vacuuming

- Scented Rooms

- Window Cleaning

- One Free Complimentary Candle

- Deep Sanitization

- Mopped Floors

- Polished Wood/Granite/Tile

- Remove grime from surfaces

- Scrub the sink

- Disinfect countertops

- Clean the areas behind and beneath appliances

- Clean the oven and scrub stovetop

- Wipe down the fridge door, shelves, and drawers

- Clean and polish small appliances such as coffee makers, microwaves, and toasters

- Scrub tiles and grout

- Clean mirrors top-to-bottom

- Remove soap scum from surfaces

- Clean and disinfect toilet seat, base, and bowl

- Clean the shower and/or bathtub

- Wipe down cabinets

- Clean shower doors

- Wipe Down Baseboards and Wall Borders

- Deep Sanitation Techniques

- Three Complimentary Candles

- Three Complimentary Incense

*Deposits are non-refundable. Home may not be infested with insects, rodents, and/or any other pests. If the home is deemed infested, the cleaning will stop immediately and the consumer will be contacted and informed the sanitation has been cancelled. Consumer will then be issued a 50% refund from the final purchase amount.

*Takeoff does not allow cleaners to pick up personal items or throw items in the trash. This ensures the consumer that nothing valuable is thrown away by mistake. Please ensure the home is picked up after before the sanitation. All toys, electronics, and other loose valuables will need to be off of the floor, countertops, couches, and tables. If items are left out and/or drawers are left open, Takeoff will not touch these items and leave them just as they were. The area of the object may not be cleaned.*

*Takeoff does not provide any refunds after a service has been deemed completed. If a service, for any reason, is interrupted or stopped by the request of the consumer, a refund will not be issued. If the consumer is hostile, services will cease and a refund will not be issued.

Booking time indicates the approximate start time of the cleaning. The timeframe on when the cleaning will be completed depends on the amount of work requested.
